## Roles and Permissions

Mercoa offers three roles:

* **Admin**: Full access to all features and settings.
* **Developer**: Access to the developer dashboard and API keys. Limited access to view entities, invoices and other production data. Full access to the [sandbox environment](/references/glossary#sandbox-environment).
* **Viewer**: Limited access to view entities, invoices and other production data. Full access to the sandbox environment.
