- `eventType` (string, required) — The type of the event.
- `entityId` (string, required) — The ID of the entity that was updated.
- `key` (string, required) — The key of the metadata that was updated.
- `value` (list of string, required) — A list of new values for the metadata.
- `foreignId` (string, optional) — Foreign ID associated with the entity.
