# Delete

DELETE https://api.mercoa.com/entity/{entityId}/paymentMethod/{paymentMethodId}

Mark a payment method as inactive. This will not remove the payment method from the system, but will prevent it from being used in the future.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.

- `entityId` (string, required) — Entity ID or Entity ForeignID
- `paymentMethodId` (string, required) — Payment Method ID or Payment Method ForeignID
